Hi. I read your post and thought I’d tell you my story the short version. I drank 5-6 16oz of diet soda a day. I’m small 100lbs (not anymore but I was). I’ve been doing this for at least 3yrs. Anyway, about 8 months ago I got ill dizzy, weakened immune system, trouble swallowing, tired etc. doctors couldn’t find anything so I took it into my own hands I was having tachycardia so I gave up caffeine still drank diet sprite nothing well time went by and Tuesday I gave up NutraSweet well can I tell you my dizziness that’s been plaguing me day and night is almost gone. Of course my immune system is still shot but I heard it can take 60 days to detox. I’m taking detox herbs to speed it along. This can’t be coincidence. Just wanted to tell you my story (as you can tell by my spelling my fog has not totally lifted yet)
