Nothing surprises me about NutraSweet. I was drinking diet cola, eating NutraSweet laden ice creams, yogurts etc. One evening I collapsed, head felt like it was exploding, I was dizzy, momentarily blinded, heart racing. I was very scared and my husband panicked. After undergoing tests to find out if I had a brain tumor or a stroke, it was determined by my doctor that I was having a reaction to NutraSweet. I was told by doctor and several nurses to avoid it at all costs. Regular sugar in moderation only. Seems more & more people are having reaction to it. Don’t know long term effects of the stuff. I have never suffered memory loss from it but nothing surprises me.
