I suffered a minor heart attack in June, and felt horrible afterwards. I’ve suffered from clinical depression for a long time, and most people have associated it with my weight, which may or may not be the case. However, since I’ve stopped eating and drinking Aspartame products, I feel more alive than I have since I was a teenager. My arrhythmia is beginning to lessen as well, from the feel of it. I think from now on, I’ll stick to corn syrup, honey, molasses, and fructose as sweeteners, and partake of products having only these sugars in them. I dislike cane-sugar’s taste.
