Aspartame Anti-Testimonials© #377 – Craved Sweets, Famished, Gorging

Just a week and a half ago I quit drinking diet drinks and chewing sugarless gum after reading about the dangers of it on here. I have all the symptoms you wrote about and can’t wait for them to disappear. The main things I have noticed so far is that I no longer crave sweets and I no longer feel famished. I used to “have” to eat when I was hungry or I’d experience terrible symptoms. Now I can wait (and not be obsessed) to eat if necessary and don’t have to inhale my food when I do get it.

Sometimes I’d eat so fast to fill myself up to relieve the symptoms that I’d stuff myself and before I knew it and would feel sick afterwards. I now eat slower and am satisfied with smaller amounts of food. I thought my headaches might diminish but I never expected this.
