I got diagnosed with FM (Fibromyalgia) about 2 years ago after I was in a bad auto accident. I’d love advice on how to deal with the chronic fatigue and sleep disturbances, and achiness in the morning. I’ve already read enough to realize I need to give up caffeine. I already gave up diet coke and NutraSweet which helped a lot with the hip pain.
