Thank-you very much for your advice. I am just in the process of printing out material from your web page to give to my Doctor. She told me that she would be very interested in reading any of the information that I had obtained, because she said that a large number of her patients complained of head-aches (that were often unexplainable). She said that she hadn’t heard much about Aspartame, but she obviously wants to learn more (which is a good sign).
Since quitting Aspartame my health / wellbeing has undergone a significant improvement. For me, there is no doubt that this product is dangerous. I am very grateful that you have included information on the internet. You have helped me enormously.
