I need to find some alternatives to white sugar that are lower calorie. I have quit using sweeteners because I was feeling awful all of the time. I started reading everything I could get my hands on and found out what these sweeteners break down to once they are in your body. It scared me bad enough that I no longer have any desire for a diet soda. And believe it or not my aches and pains are disappearing, my mood is improving and I’m beginning to feel really good again. My concern is that I love my coffee with sugar and tea, lightly sweetened, but I’m not wild about switching to sugar now especially since I struggle with hypoglycemia and my family’s history of diabetes.
Do you guys have any suggestions? I’ve heard that there are products available, but I do not want to waste a lot of money trying things that taste nasty.
