You aren’t the only one who gets headaches with Aspartame. I get them and I also have a friend who gets them. But, try telling your mother and sister, who live on Diet Coke, that you can’t have anything with Aspartame. They look at you as if you are crazy which I know I am not. At times I have my doubts about them though for not believing me when I have something to say.
