When it first hit the market several years ago, I was exposed to it in samples of “Crystal Light” and marketed iced tea mixes. After two weeks I was waking up with tremors and cold sweats during the night. Leg cramps too. That was the end of NutraSweet for me! And, I avoid it altogether.
