I have had panic attacks on and off for 10 years. In regards to your question on food and drink. Yes, I believe there are many. One in particular I’m sure about is NutraSweet. Sugar to me does not make you hyper, and I have converted to that for the last 5yrs. If you read Jean Carpers Food Pharmacy (you can find this book at any bookstore) you will find that sugar is actually has a calming effect.
