I just went down 2 sizes in a little less that 2 weeks by doing nothing more than avoiding Aspartame. Anybody know why?
Just did it as an experiment and was *not* expecting this!! I’ve been using it to avoid weight gain. I’ve done nothing else new – drank water and some sodas with (gulp!) *sugar* in them to substitute for the Aspartame drinks.
Bingo! My guess is this will only go on for so long but. It’s still happening for now. Love it. Friends say its water weight. Anybody have ideas?
