I am sorry that you have had so much negative thoughts on your NutraSweet posting. I took my family off the stuff around 3 months ago. My daughter apparently had multiple allergies, intolerances and sensitivities. My husband has recently been diagnosed as type 2 diabetes and I have fibromyalgia. I didn’t want the family to ingest anything that might compromise our health in any way; we already suffered enough problems! Since then my daughter’s problems have cleared up almost entirely. She can now eat wheat, dairy products, sugar; her asthma has improved and shoes no longer make her feet crack and bleed. She still has a little eczema and is grossly overweight which I now believe is due to NutraSweet; I only hope it is reversible.
I still have FMS (fibromyalgia) but my overall health has improved. Nothing would induce me to ingest NutraSweet any more, and you have to be so careful to read food labels to exclude it. Even regular soda drinks contain the stuff, and yesterday I found some frankfurters which contained Aspartame.
