I wrote to you some time ago about my motor control problems (in my arms) which I suspected were related to my use of Equal (6 or more packets a day for nearly 15 years!). You gave me some good suggestions. I stopped using Equal in April and now, 3 months later, I can say that the motor control problems are completely gone. I have also changed my diet. I am now following the regime of the “Zone” diet by Dr. Robert Sears. In any event, I no longer have unexplained headaches, I sleep like a baby and my arms play guitar just fine!!
