I have been a research chemist for 40+ years, and have been working in the position of a senior principal research scientist for many years. I feel that I have the qualifications to make intelligent decisions regarding the subject of NutraSweet. I have suffered from food allergies for years, and I, and many of my friends have presented markedly alleviated symptoms upon the elimination of Aspartame from our diets. If even 1% or less of the claims made against the use and political manipulation of Aspartame are true, it would still be something to seriously consider for further scientific investigation.
