I am finally off Aspartame (knowingly ingested) for ONE (1) WEEK now. My daily splitting headaches have 90+% reduced in frequency and severity.
The first three days it felt like my body was going through some sort of withdrawal. It was THAT foggy and disoriented and unwell feeling. The fog is clearing.
Am not discounting the “wishful thinking” factor. BUT I think we can add another anecdotal account to the file. Actually add two. Husband has been off Aspartame as well for the same short period and is reporting a reduction in headaches also.
