When I started taking Phen/Fen last October, I also decreased my intake of NutraSweet considerably. I stopped drinking diet sodas all together. I did this on the advice of the messages I read on this board. Now that I’m on maintenance, I’m fairly convinced that the NutraSweet was a big cause of my intense cravings. I would drink 2-3 Diet Pepsi’s in the evening, and within the hour, I’d be uncontrollably hungry. It was a vicious circle.
