I found, in addition to the headaches, I was swelling, ankles and other extremities, which did manage to abate after ceasing the NutraSweet, probably because of its pharmacologic similarity to MSG, which has become horrid for me, with 3 days or so recovery needed after accidental ingestion. If you’re really MSG sensitive, you might also be NutraSweet sensitive.
