My wife used to drink Diet Coke religiously. We live in south Texas, a hot and humid climate. Several nights, she couldn’t sleep. She had heart palpitations and flutterings. (She’s only 36) She is a non- smoker, non-drinker, exercises regularly and is 5’4″ and 107 pounds.
I hate doctors. (I also have worked for American hospital supply co, been around the hospital long enough to know that they don’t have all the answers.) We have used acupuncture and chiropractors, so use some alternate homeopathy treatments.
Anyway, after 2 nights of no sleep, I did what doctors do; I asked questions.

What did you drink differently?
And the only unhealthy thing I could fathom was the Diet Coke. The coke left our home that day.
She has been in the pink ever since- with one exception. The day she drank 4 oz. of the stuff her symptoms reappeared-albeit mildly.
Now, for the first time in a long time, she perspires, sleeps and feels just fine. Much more (filtered when possible) water, and an occasional herbal tea are the only changes in lifestyle.
Glad to have my wife back. All this and I had never read your stuff before!
