Concerning your headaches, have you considered a possible allergy to NutraSweet? I experienced migraine headaches for many months, often drinking a diet soda when the headache started, thinking the caffeine would help the pain. A friend suggested the headaches might be related to an allergic reaction to NutraSweet. Apparently they were. I stopped using it in any form and the headaches stopped.
