Ok, now to Aspartame. While surfing the net about MSG, I ran across a site about Aspartame and it’s affects. Yeah, I’ve read that there is lots of controversy over this product, and I don’t want to start anything with anyone about it, but I’m just going to state what this product does to ME and how it affects my life. In addition to all those nasty side effects *dizziness, brain fog, blacking out,* (I have experienced these effects personally) I have also found that the maltodextrin used as the filler for Aspartame converts to MSG when ingested. SOOO, with that in mind, it is very frustrating to also find that Sugar Twin (and the guy from the Stevia page has told me that the free sample that he is sending me) has that as its first ingredient also.
