I have struggled with weight all my life and I have tried most every type of diet out there. I have found that I have one really big problem with NutraSweet. Every time that I use it, I get really bad migraine headaches. I have tried lots of different products containing it and they all have the same effect. I have family and friends that have the same problems with it.
I know that if something gives you a bad side effect such as headache then it can’t be that good for you!
