I know for me I get horrible headaches, extra foggy, and horrible pains in my stomach with any artificial sweetener. I finally talked my husband to try not drinking diet pop for one month. I just figured all his weird symptoms—-rash on face at all times, constant sinus nasal drip, and bad breath had to be connected. Well, one week off of diet soda and it all went away. He has not had any diet pop for over a year now. I do not believe that putting that chemical in your body is good for you.
