I am a 67 y/o RN with a Master of Science degree in management working in occupational and environmental health since 19xx. Through diet elimination strategy, I learned that my idiopathic pressure Urticaria resulted from years of ingesting diet Pepsi and ingesting other “sugar-free” products containing Aspartame. The swelling was so intense at times that cortisone was the only relief. Now I carry an Epi-pen wherever I go.
