As for Aspartame, I was damn near non ambulatory with a diagnosis of beginning stage Multiple Sclerosis last year. Needing leg braces to do what little walking I could do. At the advice of a colleague I stopped ALL intake (and that isn’t easy cause it’s in almost everything non-caloric) of Aspartame (phenylalanine) and now, 4 months later I am 100% ambulatory without assistive devices and bulking muscle like crazy.
I don’t mean to knock the product but for some people with unknown PKU sensitivity (ME) it can be a long term death sentence on setting MS. I wrote a thread on this and also have some pictures up of my progress if you do a search of my name.
