For years I suffered with IBS. I was a diet Pepsi junkie. I stopped drinking it and any other forms of Aspartame. Within DAYS my IBS was gone! By mistake, I drank a diet Pepsi about a week after I had it out of my system. The very next morning, the IBS was back. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I consume Aspartame. There is NO doubt in my mind that it was the cause of IBS! Has there been any research on this?
