To my point, in desperation I decided to ditch all discernible forms of NutraSweet, and am amazed at how much more my food cravings have let up (haven’t thought about pop tarts all day long!).

The NutraSweet and coffee might also be a problem.   They can both be trouble for some people as they are very sensitive to it.  I cut out the NutraSweet and went to Stevia and I immediately dropped weight.

Whenever we give Nathan a regular soda (not often) he is a super great angel, behaving and sitting and happy.  The NutraSweet in Diet Cokes is BAD and gives an adverse reaction.

I cannot take anything with NutraSweet or anything like NutraSweet. It gives me severe headaches. So needless to say I stay away from anything like that. Also MSG gives me headaches. So I watch for that also.
